In an effort to strive to be healthier and happier I learned about the RAW food diet! After experiencing the great results I have become a believer in this way of life. I have had a hard time staying with the plan and have realized that I am not alone. Like me so many people know this is a great way to heal there bodies and live a healthier life but struggle with staying on the plan because ... well there are so many reasons but now here's your chance to take the challenge. Studies show that you can create a new habit in 21 days but you often need another 18-19 days for it to become a complete part of your life that's why 40 days!

We can provide you with a 40 day plan including daily diet suggestions and pre preparation guidelines, a place to journal, even coaching and encouragement.
