an effort to strive to be healthier and happier I learned about
the RAW food diet! After experiencing the great results I have
become a believer in this way of life. I have had a hard time
staying with the plan and have realized that I am not alone. Like
me so many people know this is a great way to heal there bodies
and live a healthier life but struggle with staying on the plan
