Fruit Smoothies

I'm drinking this right now for breakfast, and its amazingly creamy flavour is really really delicious! There is a bit of forethought involved in this recipe, but then again, that's part of being raw! And all you really have to do is remember to put a peeled banana in the freezer a few hours before you want to enjoy this milkshake! I think this would also be amazing churned through an ice cream maker, the frozen banana and rich almond milk make a base very similar to the custard one would use in a SAD ice cream recipe. You could also add a bit of cacao powder for a chocolate banana shake, or almond butter or tahini even for added richness. This recipe is super satisfying, and cures junk food cravings too because it tastes so yummy :)
