Goji Berry Energy Soup
1/2 cup Goji berries (soaked; save
soak water)
1 cup chopped kale
1/2 bunch cilantro and/or parsley
1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
2 stalks celery
2 tbs. truly raw cashews
1 tsp. raw cacao nibs
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Add goji berries and goji berry soak water in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary. Serve right away.
Fresh Raw Goji Berry Juice
1/4 cup goji berries, (1 oz)
2 cups water
optional: 1/4 cup fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
Soak goji berries in water for 4
hours or more, overnight is fine
Blend in blender until well blended, optionally you can add some fresh fruit
as listed above or apple, mango and/or banana.
