Raw Family Lecture and Dinner by Alex Malinsky


The raw family event was great! I arrived with 2 open minded cooked friends and a 95% raw foodie. We were first given food to eat. It was all very delicious and satisfying! They served us a nut meat pattie on rye flat bread, baby spinach with a minced carrot slaw and a large tomato on top, dessert was a decadent nut date ball with a sweet glaze and strawberries!

Victoria
Boutenko began the lecture by introducing herself and the raw family! She
talked a little about how the whole family got on raw foods and how their
life changed for the better! Valya had very bad asthma, Sergie has diabetes,
Victoria had heart problems, and Igor had over 15 surgeries and could barley
walk. Once they got on raw foods almost immediately their pain and dis-eases
were gone!
Victoria also told us some great news! Medical doctors came to Victoria and
Igor and wanted to do a list of tests on them to prove that the raw food diet
it not safe and is deficient in many vital nutrients. Victoria told us that
they felt very nervous but agreed to do the tests to show the world that it
was a very safe diet without any deficiencies.
When they received the results of the tests they were joyous! Everything was
above average. No b-12 deficiencies whatsoever! They were relieved. The doctors
were confused. They wanted to do more tests on them and see if the results
were accurate. They were in the hospital for hours and hours performing many
tests for all the doctors. The docs. still couldn't figure it out how a diet
of only fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds didn't produce any mineral or vitamin
deficiencies. Victoria said that they will create a video about their tests
and have a doctor read the results and analyze each one in full detail. The
video will be available soon on their website.
Afterwards, Victoria talked about her personal diet. She eats mainly once
or twice a day. She eats green smoothies. She says it is one of the best ways
to get your greens that way. A simple recipe would be to blend 2-3 pears or
apples with a bunch of parsley without any salt or oil until smooth, that's
it! Very easy and good for you!
She also tells everyone that it's not the fruit that causes candida, it's
the fruit and the fat. When we eat fruit and fat (ie: nuts, seeds, avos, etc..)
we are holding the sugar in our bodies and the candida is feeding off it.
So what does this all mean!? Dont't eat too many nuts and dates or bananas
with almond butter. You are doing more harm than good. It's better to eat
some steamed veggies than devour a half jar of nut butter with dried fruit.
Victoria invited Igor to come up and talk about his raw journey. Igor spoke
in Russian and Victoria was translating word by word. Igor began telling us
that he had a hard time believing that a diet of raw foods could actually
heal him and make him feel better. He goes on to say that with a raw food
diet he feels stronger than ever! He showed us how he can walk on his hands
and do push ups. He also said that one time when he went to the beach he did
1000 push-ups non stop and felt great afterwards!
