When juicing greens and herbs, the fibers something get caught and it becomes difficult to push them through. We’ve found that it helps to alternate greens with celery and apple. Or chop up the greens, celery, and apple, toss all together in a bowl and add it to the juicer in batches.

Blueberries are really one the most magical, antioxidant rich foods on the planet – full of vitamins, minerals and fibre; and relatively low GI. They taste delicious and don’t really need to be sweetened. Depending on your blueberries, you might want to hold off on all of the sweetener. I only had some frozen berries, so I needed a bit of a boost! The cinnamon is also optional. I LOVE cinnamon in blueberry pie. But, feel free to leave it out.
