Coconut, Mango, Banana Smoothie

Description

This Coconut, Mango & Banana Smoothie by Vanessa Vickery of Becomingness is so simple yet so creamy and delicious. Like a taste of the tropics. If you want to turn it into a green smoothie, then add one cup of baby spinach - you wont even notice it's in there (aside from the bright green hue!)

Ingredients

Fruit Smoothies

1 cup fresh coconut milk (preferably homemade and raw)
1 small banana
1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
Ice, 4 - 6 cubes (Note - only needed if using fresh mango)

Optional

Pulp from 1/2 passionfruit
1 cup baby spinach

Methods/steps

1. Add ingredients to a high speed blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

Serve and enjoy.
