1/2 cup soaked sundried tomatoes
1 tbs. agave nectar
1 cup water
2 tbs. olive oil
1-2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp of dried basil, oregano, and thyme
2 tbs. lemon juice
sea salt to taste
Dash of nutmeg
Methods/steps
Put everything in a high speed blender and blend till thick and smooth. Serve at room temp.

I didn't have the agave nectar or the sundried tomatoes, but it still tasted AMAZING. I couldn't find organic cherry tomatoes by the pint so I found some organic beefsteak tomatoes and used 2 which worked. I will be using this recipe again. Thanks!
