Matcha Milkshake with Passion Fruit Whipped Cream

This Matcha Milkshake with Passion Fruit Whipped Cream is a healthy take on the classic ice-cream milkshake. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a healthy sweet treat. Recipe by Marie Reginato of 8th and Lake.


At a glance
2 mini milkshakes
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen pineapples
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of yogurt - use coconut yogurt or your favorite plant based yogurt
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Top with:

1 passion fruit swirled with any plant based yogurt


1. Simply blend all the ingredients in a food processor until combined! Then top with the passion fruit cream. Enjoy!
