Soaked and rinsed wakame
kale (chopped, washed)
sea salt to tast
Fresh Sauerkraut
Hemp Seeds
Methods/steps
In a high-speed blender, blend dressing ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix kale, wakame and sea salt. Using a few tablespoons of the lemon tahini dressing, vigorously massage kale mixture, until kale is wilted in texture. Top with fresh kraut and hemp seeds.
