For Trellibelli, The Supplements I use in my green smoothie are as follows: 1 1/2 tsp Maca 1 TBSP Bee Pollen 2-4 oz of Aloe Vera Juice 1-2 TBSP Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM Liquid 1 tsp 2000mg Vitamin C Crystals w/ Rosehips I usually add 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds or 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed oil. You do not have to add anything into your green smoothie, it is already full of nutrients. You may use any green leafy vegetables and any combination of fruit. Today I used what I had on hand but I prefer using mangos, pineapple, pear and banana. However you choose to make yours is A OKAY. You can\'t really mess it up.
