We are pleased to announce that we are holding the first RawGuru Raw Food Article Contest

The contest starts from 7th July and lasts till 7th October 2010. There are some rules and guidelines that the submitted articles will have to follow in order to be considered as valid entries. They are as follows:

1. All articles must be the author's own original work. Articles from other sources are not valid. Quoting a few excerpts from other sources is permitted but the sources of these excerpts must be clearly stated either in the article itself or as a footnote.

2. All entries must be submitted to RawGuru exclusively. Articles which are published in places other than RawGuru will not be considered as valid entries to the contest.

 

3. You may submit any number of entries. There is no limit to the number of articles that one can submit.

 

4. The article MUST be at least 500 words in length. Longer articles are absolutely fine and valid.

 

4. You can choose to write about the following subject matter:

 

- raw food ingredient

- raw food author or chef

- raw vegan super foods

- story about yourself going raw

- some of the common benefits going into raw foods

- a controversial topic in the raw food industry. ie: agave or cacao

- any raw food book of choice

- scientific studies regarding raw foods

 

5. The Articles must be submitted in regular email format, MS Word, PDF or Open Office formats to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it by 7th October 2010. The sooner you send the articles the better. :)

 

The decision of RawGuru on which entries will be considered as valid is final. If you have any doubts or need any clarifications in this regard then please contact us.
