32. Dry herbs (oregano, thyme, mint, basil, lemon grass, chili flakes, cayenne, celery seed, cumin, parsley, cilantro, mustard seeds, poppy seeds, turmeric, whole nutmeg, cinnamon, fenugreek, black and white pepper, rosemary, etc... Buy whole herbs and grind them yourself.

That's basically it. For produce, always try to buy, organic and super fresh! If a recipe calls for tomatoes, and you go to the HFS and see unripe tomatoes, don't get them. Do another recipe or use soaked sun-dried tomatoes. Always use a sharp knife. Dull knives are dangerous. And...always have fun in the kitchen!
