medium pomegranates (3/4 pound each) How to: Cut pomegranates in half crosswise, and extract juice from seeds with a citrus juicer or reamer. Strain juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, discarding pulp. You should have about 4 cups of juice. Combine the juice with the water and agave or honey and blend till smooth. Add the mint to the mixture and let it marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hrs. When serving strain the mint out, mix with lemon juice and pour in chilled glasses with ice cubes. Serve immediately.
