Seaweed Salad

Ingredients

Serves
2-4 people
Salad
1/2 cup dulse fronds (soaked for 2 hrs)
1 cup nori fronds
1/2 cup wakame
2 carrots (shredded)
4 tbs. sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded cabbage

Dressing
1 lemon (juice only)
4 dates (chopped)
3 tbs. sesame seed oil or olive oil
2 tsp. ginger
Salt to taste

Methods/steps

Salad: Mix everything untill well combined.

Dressing: Blend everything up till smooth. Pour dressing over salad and let the salad sit for 30 mins. at room temperture. Serve on spinach leaves and garnish with edible flowers.
