| "It was nice visiting with you at the potluck last night & I liked
your sushi rolls. The total blender works well. So far I have made coconut cream from mature coconuts and coconut water. I added it to mango, marrs orange, celery juice shakes last week. I have also made raw butternut squash soup and it was incredibly creamy. The blender is so powerfull it blends the little seeds in berries. I throw in fruit and veg. hardly chopping at all and everything turns out smooth. There is the occasional lump in some creations but only ever one lump and i think this is due to my lack of interest in chopping. I could blend more but as i found out with the coconut meat over blending creates heat in the food. The pre programmed cycles didn"t apeal to me when I was looking over the instructions but now I love the set-up. I can set the cycle and tidy the kitchen without having to watch the blender. The machine is very fast though only time for a bit of tidy-up! The blender is really easy to clean. I love this aspect. I hope this info helps you and others with the decision making process. One last thing, since I got the blender I have been eating 100% raw. Good tools really make a difference with the raw diet, I think. Love Juanita" |
