"These are mega-deliciously good!"
- Mike Adams (Natural News)
Due to popular demand our organic coconuts are finally back!
Our organic young coconuts from Thailand have delighted consumers across the country. This is the first time an organic young coconut has been offered on a national basis.
These USDA certified organic coconuts are harvested just days before coming to your door. The coconuts are first picked from organic farms in Thailand and then pealed by hand and polished to remove all fibers down to the hard shell. Then they are flown in overnight and are shipped to your door within 48 hrs. The water is always clear and thecoconut meat is very white. As soon as you get your shipment, store the coconuts in the coldest part of the fridge. These coconuts have never been sprayed or dipped in anything and because they are certified organic they have not been irradiated or fumigated. They will keep fresh for 7-10 days. Guaranteed perfect or your money back.
We are now offering a 15 lb. case (12-16 coconuts) of beautiful fresh organic young coconuts. Thesecoconuts need to be refrigerated as soon as you receive them. Select the shipping method you would like to use. During winter time the coconuts will do just fine if you select 2nd day air.

What are some of the main differences between organic Thai coconuts and the standard non organic young coconut?
There are two main differences, one is in the growing and the other is in the processing. First the cocos are grown without chemicals and second they are are processed without any chemical dips.
Note: If the young coconut you are consuming is white it is dipped in chemicals!!! Not just once but many times. The workers wear protective clothing when they process the coconuts. They wear heavy aprons and heavy gloves. They use long poles with wire baskets on the end to remove the coconuts from the dips so they do not touch them.
A natural coconut husk turns brown within minutes of husking so when the conventional processing takes place thecoconut is immediately dipped in their chemical(s) of choice as soon as the husk is removed, then the coconut is sent to the processing plant where it is polished or trimmed and dipped again in their chemical(s) of choice. The last dip (this makes 3 dips total) is when the coconut is ready for packing, it is dipped again then wrapped for transport. It is a sad process to watch and the workers themselves try to touch the cocos as little as possible, if at all. Read more of this young coconut interview!

Amazing facts on Coconut Water from Coconut Water for Health and Healing by Bruce Fife
Coconut water has its own unique health benefits completely separate from coconut oil. Coconut water is essentially fat free, so its health benefits are not associated with medium chain fatty acids, like they are with coconut oil. Its benefits come from a combination of vitamins, ionic minerals, amino acids, enzymes, plant hormones, antioxidants, and other phytonutrients.
You may have heard that coconut water has been used for intravenous (IV) therapy. This is 100 percent true. I've gathered dozens of studies from around the world documenting this fact and describe some amazing stories wherecoconut water IVs have saved lives when commercial IV solution has failed. Studies from the Philippines, Thailand, India, Uganda, Nigeria, Indonesia, New Zealand, Britain and the United States have confirmed the effectiveness of IV coconut water. The simplest way to use coconut for IV therapy is to insert a needle into the soft "eye" of thecoconut. Tubing from this needle goes directly to another needle which is inserted into the vein of the patient. Thecoconut water goes straight from an unopened coconut into the bloodstream of the patient.
Coconut water is so compatible with the human body it is now being marketed as a "natural" sports rehydration beverage. As a rehydration beverage it is FAR superior to Gatorade and other commercial sports drinks.
The benefits don't stop there. Coconut water helps dissolve kidney stones, protects against cancer, helps balance blood sugar, provides a source of ionic trace minerals, improves digestion, feeds friendly gut bacteria, helps relieve constipation, reduces risk of heart disease, improves blood circulation, lowers high blood pressure, improves blood cholesterol levels, helps prevent arteriosclerosis, enhances immune function, and possesses some remarkable anti-aging properties (certain components of coconut water are now being incorporated into anti-wrinkle face creams).
