Our really raw carob powder is an incredibly full bodied sweet carob. It is a crystal-like powder that will go great in all carob recipes. It has a fresh cooling taste in smoothies. Carob is a good source of calcium. Regular carob powder is usually cooked to at least 200 degrees Fahrenheit, whereas this is never heated above 100 degrees F (37 degrees C) during its unique grinding process, making it a wonderful raw food.
