Organic sun dried raw Peruvian uncured and unsalted olives are grown, harvested and processed with extraordinary care. These organic raw olives are allowed to completely mature on the tree and fall naturally. They are hand harvested and sun dried for 5 to 7 days. After this they are brought into a climate controlled facility were they continue dehydration at cold temperatures to maintain superior quality. Finally they are flash-washed with cold steam vapors to lightly clean the exterior of the olive and packaged in 8 oz vacuum sealed bags.

Ingredients: Peruvian raw certified organic olives, sun dried & salt free.

You can marinate these un-cured peruvian sun dried olives in salad dressing, blend into pate's, marinate with herbs and spices. Pickle in olive oil or water and sea salt. The possibilities are endless.
