Approximate energy levels using distilled or reverse osmosis water:

(Filtered or spring water may be used, but possible contamination makes this less desirable. Under no circumstances use unfiltered tap water.)

(Most distilled water starts at about 3500 bio photon activating energy units, well below the neutral 6500 level.
