Dear Friends of RawGuru,
In lieu of recent events going on in Japan the team at RawGuru would like to share with you some ideas and tips for dealing with possible nuclear radiation exposure. Firstly we would like to say that it is very important during these times to think positively and look towards a brighter future. This situation could potentially be a catalyst for great change in the world as we move towards living more and more sustainably with greater respect for the Earth and her inhabitants. Don’t let fear and negativity further acidify the mind and tissues of the body. Remember to breathe especially deeply through the days and months to come, taking in even more healing quantities of oxygen. Remember that our thoughts are vibrations, and by sending out into the ether positive vibrations via our thoughts we are directly helping to lift those up who need it most right now.
While it is still relatively unclear whether we will be exposed to any abnormal amounts of radiation in countries outside of Japan, we can still do things that are safe and effective to protect ourselves just in case. It is always good to be proactive in life, but go about this in a joyful and calm manner as much as possible. And remember, the human body is resilient when given the right tools!
