... Hello! Reading your answer about your daily routine, I would like to ask how does one not get hungry with eating only two times and so little? Especially, if you do sports at lease 4 times a week? And in the same time, what is the guideline in order not to overdue with vitamins and minerals while consuming extra veggies and fruits to stay filled up? Also, I crave carbs so much if I deprive myself of them for 2-3 days that it is almost impossible to bear. I just feel I am always hungry when I do not eat warm food and carbs. |
